The AI Writing Assistant helps customers who aren't sure what to write. It guides them through a few simple questions and generates a natural-sounding review draft they can edit before submitting.
How it works
- 1Customer clicks "Need help writing?" on the review form
- 2They select what they liked most (e.g., product quality, customer service)
- 3They choose whether they'd recommend your business
- 4They optionally add specific details
- 5The assistant generates a draft review
- 6Customer can use it as-is, edit it, or try again
Tip: The AI Writing Assistant is available on all plans. It generates review drafts using templates and the customer's selections — no external AI services are involved, and no customer data leaves Vorbra.
