Voice & audio testimonials
Voice testimonials let customers record audio reviews directly in their browser. Audio reviews feel more personal and authentic than text — hearing a real person's voice builds trust with potential customers.
Requirements
- •Pro or Business plan
- •Voice collection must be enabled in space settings
- •Customer needs a device with a microphone
- •Works on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge
How to enable
- 1Go to your space settings
- 2Toggle on "Collect voice reviews"
- 3Save — customers will now see an "Audio" tab on the review form
How customers record
- 1Customer visits your collection link
- 2They click the "Audio" tab on the review form
- 3They click the microphone button and grant browser permission
- 4They record their review (up to 2 minutes)
- 5They can play it back and re-record before submitting
- 6Audio reviews show up in your approval queue like text reviews
Tip: Audio recordings are stored securely and only accessible through your Vorbra dashboard. They are included in your plan's storage quota.
