Approving & rejecting testimonials
Every testimonial submitted goes into a pending queue. You have full control over which reviews appear on your website.
Managing testimonials
- 1Go to your space in the dashboard
- 2You'll see testimonials organized by status: Pending, Approved, Rejected
- 3Click the checkmark to approve — it will appear on your widget
- 4Click the X to reject — it stays hidden
- 5Click the trash icon to permanently delete
Tip: Only approved testimonials are shown in your embedded widget. Pending and rejected reviews are only visible to you in the dashboard.
