Spin-the-Wheel rewards
The Spin-the-Wheel feature gamifies your review collection. After submitting a review, customers get to spin a wheel for a chance to win a discount or reward.
How to set up
- 1Go to your space settings
- 2Enable "Spin the Wheel"
- 3Configure your wheel segments (discounts, free items, etc.)
- 4Set the probability for each segment
- 5Save — the wheel appears after every review submission
Tip: Even small rewards (5% off, free shipping) dramatically increase review submission rates. Consider making every spin a winner!
