Widget not showing on my site
If the Vorbra widget isn't appearing on your website, try these steps:
Common fixes
- 1Make sure you've approved at least one testimonial — the widget only shows approved reviews
- 2Check that the space slug in your embed code matches your actual space
- 3Clear your browser cache and try again
- 4Check if your website's Content Security Policy (CSP) is blocking external scripts
- 5Make sure the embed code is placed where you want it — not in the <head> tag
- 6Try opening your page in an incognito window
Still not working?
Open your browser's Developer Tools (F12) → Console tab and look for any error messages. If you see errors related to Vorbra, contact support with the error message.
