Vorbra is designed with privacy in mind. We collect only what's necessary to provide the service.

What data we collect

From you (the business owner):

• •Space names, settings, and widget configuration
• •Billing information (processed by Stripe — we never see your card number)

From your customers (reviewers):

• •Name (required)
• •Email (optional — only if you enable email collection)
• •Star rating and review text
• •Audio recording (if voice testimonials are enabled)
• •IP address (for rate limiting only — not stored permanently)

Your rights

• •Access: View all your data from your dashboard
• •Export: Download all your data as JSON
• •Delete: Permanently delete your account and all associated data
• •Rectify: Edit or remove any testimonial from your spaces

Third-party services

• •Supabase — database and authentication (data stored in the US)
• •Vercel — hosting (edge network)
• •Stripe — payment processing (PCI compliant)
• •Cloudflare — DNS and security
